How to take

  • Daily intake: Take 1 capsule and 1 sachet per day with food or a glass of water.
  • Powder sachet: Each sachet contains a heaped teaspoon of almost taste free powder. We find it's best mixed into yoghurt, cereal and fruit juice.
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

If you miss a day - no problem - simply continue as usual without doubling up.

Perfect vitamin and mineral combo

These are quite unique in that you take a 1 sachet and 1 tablet as part of the routine. There is a good variation of vitamins and minerals in each dose. The price is a fair price for one month�s supply compared to if you were to buy them all individually. Plus it does help to make your daily routine easier with just one pill and sachet to take! I like that they are made in the UK and independently accredited. Some additional info from my own personal findings are below: I�ve been taking these for just over 2 weeks, and I have noticed a slight improvement to my overall energy levels. Like most supplement you only really notice the difference if you forget to take them and don�t �feel� your normal self. My review is based on my own experience and is NOT to be taken as medical advice, always do your own homework! I like to keep my reviews short & sweet and straight to the point! Is it good value for money = Yes Would I buy it again = Yes Would I recommend it to a friend = Yes Is it easy to use/set up = Yes I hope you found my review helpful and informative.

Attractive box of good quality supplements.

These vitamins seem very thoughtfully put together, there are no unnecessarily huge and potentially harmful mega doses of anything like B6 which you sometimes see in other supplements. The box with the sachets reminds me of a tea and coffee box in a hotel, which adds a tiny luxury flair to an otherwise mundane daily habit :). I like that there's no magnesium stearate or any other unwanted binders or fillers. I'd recommend.

Would make a great gift

This was very well presented and everything was very well laid out. Pretty expensive at tumble of review, approx �30, but god ingredients and would make a very nice gift.

Well put together but rather expensive, a good combination of all the vitamins you require, 30 sachets which are flavourless and easyto sprinkle over food, along with one of the smallest supplement capsules I have seen, making it surprisingly easy to swallow.

Pricey but you are also paying for the presenation box

This would make a great gift as the presentation box looks great on my kitchen side and everyone asks about it. Meilleur�s multivitamin is an interesting way of getting your supplements, you get the powder for a drink that has little taste and is easy to take and the pills. Does seems a complicated way of taking daily supplements, either all in a drink or all in a pill. If its just the supplements you want, then cheaper options, but you do get a very pretty box and I suppose it is refillable � so makes sense.
