  1. Powder sachet includes: 3 of the main key nutrients you need; Vitamin C, Calcium and Magnesium. The sachet delivers the equivalent of 5 capsules  in a really simple to take form.
  2. Capsule includes:The capsule contains 22 smaller dose Essential Nutrients in an easy to swallow capsule. Including Vitamins A, B, D, E +K - plus Essential Minerals and Co-enzyme Q-10. .

How to take

  • Daily intake: Take 1 capsule and 1 sachet per day with food or a glass of water.
  • Powder sachet: Each sachet contains a heaped teaspoon of almost taste free powder. We find it's best mixed into yoghurt, cereal and fruit juice.
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

If you miss a day - no problem - simply continue as usual without doubling up.
