Family Doctor is a Family-Run Business, founded in 1991 and based in Dorset.
For over 30 years, Family Doctor has been dedicated to supporting people’s health, 
selling over 7 million trusted publications on specific conditions.

Family Doctor took a pivotal turn when we became deeply aware of the growing health challenges linked to nutrient deficiencies—something we saw first-hand among our own family members (Our story).

This experience led us to dig deeper; conducting scientific research into the nutrient content of everyday foods. What we discovered was staggering: many essential minerals and vitamins, critical for good health—like those needed for strong, healthy bones—were in alarmingly short supply.

That’s when the idea for Meilleur was born.  Built on a foundation of trust and integrity, inspired by the French word for "The Best," we set out to create the best vitamin and mineral supplement we could confidently recommend to our own family and friends.
Meilleur takes the guesswork out of your daily routine. Our research revealed another common issue: how many of us have cupboards filled with supplements, combining a "cocktail" of vitamins and minerals without truly understanding how much we’re taking, why - or how these nutrients interact? 

This gap inspired us to develop a single, high-quality formula that is safe, meaningful, and easy to take.
